Stop Overthinking

Overthinking is not a disease; if you are an overthinker, you are not at fault. Your mind's job is to think, and it will, on most occasions, overthink. Mindfulness is a great way to break the spell and take some control of your overthinking mind.
The spiritual business is never late to point out you are an overthinker and, therefore, you should be cured. This is a common trap; try to avoid too much motivation and self-help material, as this will not help you stop overthinking.
Stop overthinking by letting your mind do its thing but observing it. In Buddhist philosophy, this is called "Mindfulness" practice, and it is a proven way to take back your wandering mind.
